Hi, I’m Alicja

I’m a mum of two and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and Lifestyle, Food and Wellness Coach.

As a mum, I know that this is one of the most demanding jobs. And it’s easy to lose yourself in the needs of others. Feeling fulfilled means having to find the time to prioritise ourselves.

I created Time for Mum to provide coaching and support for mums juggling life, so they have strategies, accountability and the confidence to achieve any goal or address any challenge in their life.

I help mums identify their strengths and intentionally use them so they can:

  • Take control of their life and wellbeing
  • Reduce the mental load and overwhelm
  • Discover what they’re naturally good at
  • Use their strengths to achieve any goal
  • Feel happy, healthy and more fulfilled

I started to meet with Alicja when my children were 3-years old and 2-months old. A time when it was difficult to imagine having time for my own needs. Through Alicja’s simple, effective method I was able to identify and implement achievable goals that enabled me to keep a balance during a challenging time. Meeting with Alicja gave me structured time to think about my needs and with her coaching, I have developed skills which I now use independently to maintain personal wellbeing.

As mums, we play a key role in family wellness but we can’t do it if we are not well ourselves. We need to take care of ourselves first, so we can really look after our families.

After my first child was born, I felt the need to share my passion and knowledge to support other mums. Having worked with Executive Coaches during my professional career, I saw how coaching can affect positive change and how focusing on strengths can transform people’s lives. So, I studied to become a Lifestyle, Food and Wellness Coach and later obtained a Gallup Strengths Coaching certification.

Mums are always putting others first. But the wellbeing of your family starts with taking care of yourself first. You deserve to find the time to make yourself a priority and to discover how to feel fulfilled and happy with your life.

I’ve always been passionate about health and wellness. I grew up in a family where we made natural food and health choices. But it wasn’t until I had my own children that I truly understood the impact of my daily choices on my family’s wellbeing.

I realised that my mental and emotional wellbeing was as important as my physical health. I needed to prioritise selfcare to be the best mum I could be. And for this, I needed to intentionally carve out some regular time for myself to do the things that I enjoyed.
