Hi, I’m Alicja
I’m a mum of two and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and Lifestyle, Food and Wellness Coach.
As a mum, I know that this is one of the most demanding jobs. And it’s easy to lose yourself in the needs of others. Feeling fulfilled means having to find the time to prioritise ourselves.
I created Time for Mum to provide coaching and support for mums juggling life, so they have strategies, accountability and the confidence to achieve any goal or address any challenge in their life.
I help mums identify their strengths and intentionally use them so they can:
- Take control of their life and wellbeing
- Reduce the mental load and overwhelm
- Discover what they’re naturally good at
- Use their strengths to achieve any goal
- Feel happy, healthy and more fulfilled
